Prevention of invasive fungal infections during allogeneic bone marrow transplantation in patients with a high risk of this complication.
Treatment of adults and children with:
- invasive aspergillosis;
- candidemia not accompanied by neutropenia;
- severe invasive infections caused by Candida (including C. krusei), resistant to fluconazole;
- severe fungal infections caused by Scedosporium and Fusarium species.
As initial therapy in patients with progressive, potentially life-threatening infections.
