The company maintains high standards of transparency, ethical business practices, and high-quality cooperation, focusing on the selection of partners. We only collaborate with organizations that can ensure reliable product distribution, prompt delivery, and consistent fulfillment of obligations.

• transparency and non-discrimination in the selection of partners.

The selection of potential partners is based on a comprehensive assessment, which includes document analysis, compliance checks, and, if necessary, audits. The assessment is carried out according to the criteria specified in the proposal to conclude a contract.

Partners who intend to cooperate with ORGANOSYN LTD (hereinafter referred to as the Company) must submit a Notification Letter of Cooperation by June 1 of the current year.

Upon receiving the Notification Letter, the Company shall send a list of documents required for the comprehensive assessment procedure in accordance with the Qualification Regulations. Commercial terms shall be discussed after signing a confidentiality agreement.

The contractors who are still going through the qualification process as of the date the new Proposal for concluding the contract is approved (August 22, 2025) need to submit a Notification Letter of Cooperation by September 5, 2025.

Documents and requests for cooperation should be sent to the following email address: office@organosyn.com.ua in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation in the field of electronic document management.

Documents submitted after the specified deadline will not be considered, but the potential partner has the right to resubmit the request in the following calendar year. Based on the results of the assessment, the company will notify the applicant of its decision.
